► Ensure to meet the daily Sales target.

► Assessing the painters after completion of training program and as per evaluation result bifurcating them in the category of Lead Painter, Painter and Assistant.
► Design programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching or online learning.
► Schedule training sessions to minimize disruption to normal working, while ensuring that painter achieves the levels of skill necessary for their jobs.
